MINI PROJECT
FORCED CONVECTION SOLAR DRYER FOR CROP USING PVT

The air is passed to collector from blower. In the first segment, air flow is distributed into four pipelines.

Second segment is covered with solar panel. While flow of air, solar panel heat is absorbed by air due to temperature difference.

The last segment carry a GI Box which is coated with black color, it absorb the heat from the direct sun light. While flow of air, GI Box heat is absorbed by air due to temperature difference.

This preheated air is passed to chamber where product were kept in, Chamber is closed in all the direction expect small hole in the top. While air is flow bottom to top due to density of air, in that time moisture content from the product is removed.

And also we use the solar panel to produce electricity which can operate the blower.
SCIENCE DAY PROJECT
AUTOMATICALLY RAILWAY GATE OPENING AND CLOSING
-
The train is coming towards the level crossing, the sensor receive the signal to glow the light in level crossing before 5km.
-
After 3km, the next senor is placed for closing the railway gate.
-
While train crossing the gate , the gate is closed.
-
The train gone 1km away from the gate and automatically the gate is opened.
